Aside from the Seattle celebrities, as well as Kraken owner Jerry Bruckheimer and other team staff, the remaining picks will be announced by frontline workers from Virginia Mason Franciscan Health, Kraken season ticket holders, and construction workers who worked on the renovations of the old Key Arena, now known as Climate Pledge Arena.

The official press release mentions that Pike Place Market, the Seattle Aquarium, the Space Needle, and Mt. Rainier will all be “featured” in the broadcast, meaning possibly some picks will be announced from those locations.

Steve Mayer, the NHL’s Chief Content Officer and Executive Producer of the event said, “With support from the entire sports, arts and cultural communities in Seattle, we look forward to producing a memorable show that will not only celebrate the new members of the Kraken team but the city of Seattle.”
